To Linda: Spinach wraps are just that: a wrap(tortilla-like) that is made with spinach. I spread some ranch dressing or homemade Italian dressing on the middle, sprinkle some shredded lettuce on, add wedged tomato, sliced turkey or chicken, maybe a slice of cheese, then fold the left and right ends in, and roll it up, I then cut it in halves or quarters for easy eating. It is big, crunchy, and filling with a huge glass of water or coffee. I also eat them with no dressing, the lettuce has moisture enough for me. You can add anything in them you wish to add. Avocado, sliced apple or pear, etc. I buy them at Aldi, One package of six for $2.29. they are ten-inch wraps. They also make tomato, but of course, Linda's Law, they did not have that flavor when I shopped. I bought two of the spinach flavor. Next time I will get the tomato if they have it stocked.
Kroger has the same thing, but their price is $3,69 for the same thing. You need to know your prices. However, even at that price, it is a fraction of the cost and calories of a restaurant or using bread.
