The Last Traing Run Before the Race.

My official run is on Sunday. I tried a bump up today and didn’t quite make it. I did travel 10.2 km and tired out the dog. I’m not sure how to approach the run on Sunday. Should I run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute and repeat? I was only able to do 5 and 1 five times in a row instead of seven. I did have 38 minutes total of running.. This is my third time doing this run and believe me, I could not have done it without SparkPeople.

    Relax and breath, remember to not start out to fast and run your race not anyone else's. If you have done the 4x1 run/walk for a longer run, then I would stay with that.
    The important part is to have fun. Enjoy yourself and don't over think.
