I know I'm posting low numbers... but I'm proud of myself because I am still pushing myself, and even those low numbers are higher than what I was doing 2 weeks ago. I have been a little discouraged at how long it is taking me to get back going - I used to be able to do a lot more minutes of exercise, but I have been sedentary for quite a while now and I had a back injury, so my pace on this challenge is a little slower... But I'm not giving up. My progress may be slow, but it is something. And I will keep challenging myself. As long as I don't give up, it will only get better.
