Making Changes From the Inside Out

Did you know we all have an 'internal image' of ourselves? .... Truth is we do. If you close your eyes you will see that self image without having to look in the mirror....:::The good news is if we do not like the present image, we have the power to change it.

Once Spark Coach asked to imagine a friend calling and asking for help. They express they need to break away from some 'bad habits' and would like to lose a number of pounds in the process. Imagine yourself being the friend in time of need.

To thine self be true and share what works for you with those who would ask. Recently something sparked me that was firm but so true. GMADONNA, said on her feed: "YOU HAVE TO WANT CHANGE MORE THAN YOU DO STAYING WHERE YOU ARE."

The wanting change thought saying sparked me for days.
When temptation rears up, i ask myself: How bad do i want CHANGE?


Once your mind is made up, come up with a plan of Action.
Throw all the excuses that have held you back in the past.
Excuses are chains that keep you from being free.

I do happen to track my foods to stay within a range right for me.
Keep seeing yourself the way you DESIRE to be! ...Changes happen when
we "change our mind"
