I'm going to try to keep better track my weight loss and eating. Sparks is a wonderful tool. I'm cutting back on my sugar and high carb foods and getting regular exercise. I swim 4to5 times week. I'm still struggling with pain in my foot from facilities. Been going on for 4years. I pray for healing and just keep going with my foot exercises. Today I'm gonna take my dog for walk at Gibson Park. I need try walking a little at a time. In between my swimming days. This lets my muscles relax and recover some. Well time get moving to the Park for a walk with Bella. Have a blessed day. =)
