Today I am 160 pounds.... again.... it's been more than a year since I've seen this number on my scale. I got up to 173 after reaching 150 pounds, December 2016.I am happy to say I am once again heading towards my goal weight of 140 pounds.
Things are changing and these are the actions I am taking:
1. Less cardio, more consistent weight training. Max. 30 min./ 4 days a week
2. Consistent calorie intake, minimum to non sugar. Some special treat 1 a week.
3. Water 12 to 15 glasses a day.
4. I am taking better care of my sleep time. Heading to bed around 9 or 9:30 pm to read for a bit.
I am thankful for my family, my therapist, friends and all the ups and downs I get on my journey. All is a learning experience and every obstacle makes me stronger and better.
Now is time to get out to get some groceries.... big party on Saturday and I am cooking for 40 people!!!!
