Something I really ought to know

This morning as I was tracking my food in chronometer, I decided to add my weight for these past few weeks just so I could see the graph. Since December, 2016 I am down 9 pounds. I have had some ups and downs since then, but I seem to be holding about where I want to be.
Tracking my food is an eye-opener for me because it really makes me aware of how the calories and fat add up quickly whenever I eat overly processed foods. To maintain my weight I really need to focus on eating food that is as close to its natural state as possible.
