13 Pounds Down in 16 days. I think I have a system for now. I eat healthy all week and on sat and Sunday I stray ever so slightly with small portions of what I crave. So far all it does is stall me for one day ( shows No weight Loss) But , the day after it starts dropping again. I haven't had any time for exercise (or I haven't made any time for exercise I should say). Maybe three grand children waiting for me to come threw the door everyday is exercise enough. We did go for a walk run this weekend. So much more energy it's like a miracle what a little loss of pounds can make you feel. I also have come to understand Water is Life. I truly had trouble drinking it in the beginning. Now every time I feel like I am about to jump ship from healthy eating I grab a bottle of water and tell myself if you still want it after drinking this whole bottle you can have it. Thank god after I drink it all the craving is god. SPARK ON MY FRIENDS
