Day 8 Exercise Streak: Good News, "Bad" News

Good: I added a few minutes more cardio.

"Bad": I didn't start tracking food in my journal (or online) yesterday.
I know it's not really "bad" but it's a common expression so I used it.

It's more of a delay. So, today it is. Back to tracking on paper or online.

Also, I really need to get my spark or drive back. I'm overwhelmed with responsibilities and things I need to catch up on. I'm having a hard time putting me first.

This week I will track beginning today. Next week, maybe even this weekend, I'll start this: I'll jump on my bike and take her for a spin!
