No Sugar/Soda 7 day Challenge

Day 1 of my Challenge. The last few days, I slowly cut out sugar and soda from my diet. I have noticed a change immediately. I feel better from all the water I have to drink now. I feel less uncomfortable. My skin has improved slightly. It is not a big change that anyone else will notice but I can feel it.
