Finished Tenth Weekend Fasting

With the tenth cycle of fasting, I've reached my first weight goal. I now set my sight on the 2nd weight goal. I'll give myself 10 to 20 weeks to get there. I'm very patient so I set my goal at 1/4 lb per week, 20 weeks that's 5 lbs. The fast doesn't require much effort and the reward is the joy of 5 feasting days. I look forward to it all weekend.
