Fun weekend... busy making crochet bracelets with my girls.
Also achieved a personal goal that I will share more about tomorrow in my FitProgress update.
Had a higher healthy carb cycling day Friday... went well I think. Didn’t even go that high. But then Saturday a bad high carb day. Not sure if triggered by Friday or not. I honestly don’t think so, but maybe a little? I was normally aiming for Sunday’s as my higher healthy carb day then right back into the groove on Monday... so not sure.
But Saturday was different. Started with getting a few groceries and my youngest asking for a pop, it’s been a while so I got us all one. Boom! Keto carb total zapped up and then some in one pop. That led to finishing my instant French Vanilla coffee I had stashed... but all gone now. :( :) :( and just not the best food choices. Maybe I needed a tiny reboot day. It could have been much worse... so not beating myself up too much :)
BUT... sugar is so not my friend. I feel slightly hungover today, I was short tempered yesterday, and my guts wreaked havoc on me. And I did poorly with my water intake too.
Time to get back on track.
Weight wise, no real alarming side effects, but regardless... looks like I’m headed to no loss and maintaining this week. Better than 5 lbs up... ;)
