Chapter 27, Day 98.....Week 1, Spring Challenge

Week 1 of Spring Challenge is done. 6 of the 7 days were excellent; no complaints on the 7th even though food wise, it was less than perfect (grand's baptism celebration lunch).
This week, my goals will be the same: sticking to my food plan and getting some outside walking in. I need to add some stretching in daily....I am feeling stiff these days at my age.
Weigh in was very good!
Except for 1 day, I followed my eating plan exactly.
Pantry is stocked full of healthy foods.
Stay the course with food plan; walk is done for the day.
Work on my taxes and client reports
