I love walking. For someone in my age group and with a bad knee I think it is one of the best. I do realize that it takes more than just walking to get where I want to be physically though since I want to be as healthy as possible.
The other thing I need to consider is the foods I use to fuel my body. I need vegetable and good protein each day and in portions that keep me healthy. Staying hydrated is very, very important.
The conclusion is ALL these little steps are as important as the little steps I take walking.
