BLOG CHALLENGE - MY GREATEST STRUGGLE IN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY

My greatest struggle in my weight loss journey is staying on track consistently with exercise and weekend eating!
I log my food daily, but I still have the mindset that I can splurge some on the weekends and go 100% during the week. How has this worked out? Yo-yo up and down. I need to try to keep my train on the track better on the weekends by eating my healthy food as a snack instead of eating the higher calorie foods. This will save me more calories and be just as satisfying. I get lazy and it sounds good at the time - no more!!
As far as exercise, I do challenges, but I'm not consistent personally on a daily basis with my own exercise routine. I'm always busy balancing doing things with and for my mom, and my hubby is out of work right now, so I do things with him as well. I need to just set aside 10-15 min in the morning to do my bike, and then take breaks during the day to do minute bursts of exercise (like marching in place, etc).
If I accomplish both of these, I think my weight will go down instead of up!!
