Self Compassion

I have been experiencing some rough waters in my life, and I had gone to a very dark place and I never want to go back there. Depression, anxiety , just took over my mind and I was not the same person.

I went for help and I am in counseling, and I have grown and become stronger, my work right now is to have compassion on myself, when mistakes are made to forgive myself and let go , that is hard for me, I am so hard on myself. I have compassion for people, but I forget to have compassion on myself. Self compassion and self care is something I have been working on for these past months, and getting my life back.
