Inspired by Jason Fung, I decided to make my own broth. After researchin for bones, I found a butcher (that is hard to find local in Sweden today) and yesterday I got eight kilos of bones that I am cooking to make bone broth from. I had to make two batches, I am reducing the first and cooking the second for the moment. Interesting activity, I usually make broth from chicken but this is the first time I made from cattle.
Otherwise I was TOTALLY of the wagon yesterday - no meals just snacking all day, grazing along... has not happened since new year. Back on track today.
