Inspired by Jason Fung, I decided to make my own broth. After researchin for bones, I found a butcher (that is hard to find local in Sweden today) and yesterday I got eight kilos of bones that I am cooking to make bone broth from. I had to make two batches, I am reducing the first and cooking the second for the moment. Interesting activity, I usually make broth from chicken but this is the first time I made from cattle.

Otherwise I was TOTALLY of the wagon yesterday - no meals just snacking all day, grazing along... has not happened since new year. Back on track today.

Your broth looks delicious! I made 8 quarts on Thursday/Friday. I love how the house smells... and since Spring here still means -21 degrees Celcius at night, the warmth was welcome. Enjoy your broth, and being back on the wagon!

Sorry to hear you were off the wagon yesterday. Do you have any idea what caused the grazing? It often helps me to write down the circumstances and feelings and thoughts that I had when I overate and to also write down what I intend to do next time to prevent it.
