Changing Attitude Helping Weight Loss

No nightmares for a while. So glad. I started to lose weight again.
Happy about that. I'm incorporating more fruit and eating 4 times a day. Just wait until I add more veggies!
I am getting past the past. Day at a time but I have enough going on in my present life that I don't want to deal with anything else.
I'm happy and intend to stay that way. My attitude has helped me stay alive and positive AND walking again. Nothing will detour me from finding joy in my life every day like I used to. Joy is everywhere.
This is a picture of me and my husband. We are getting back to that happiness level. He's ecstatic about it and so am I.
