I believe in Santa Clause. I believe in the Easter Bunny. I believe there is a Tooth Fairy. And I believe … in ME.

Last year, I was on an elimination protocol for 6+ months and lost 60 pounds giving me a total weight loss of 100+ pounds. I walked 60 minutes 5x a week.

Life was really, really good.

I came off the rails over hubby's manic episode that last months and months ... June - November. We have never, ever dealt with an episode that lasted soooo long. He’s doing great now. After all the manic meds got out of his system and switching to Valerian at night for sleep which has helped immensely. Who knew???

Then the holidays and I was sick from January through March starting with hospitalized pneumonia while visiting DD in St Louis. And binge eating set in due to sugar, sugar, sugar and stinkin’ thinkin’.

Hubby lost his ... mind.
I lost my ... grip.

I BELIEVE I can get back on track and stay there!!!
I KNOW I can.

Last night while talking myself out of "just a snack" it dawned on me that it's been 2 weeks since my last binge ... 15 days to be exact. I got myself a hot cup of tea and I went to the bedroom and stayed out of the kitchen.

I use to eat ... well, non stop I think.

Then ... 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day.

A year ago ... I went to 3 meals a day and NO snacks. And ate by the clock ... 8ish, 1ish and 6ish until I knew what true physical hunger was.

After a "fall from grace" I am back to eating by the clock and ONLY 3 times a day.

I can't get too hungry ... and right now I am not in touch with physical hunger ... so it's eating by the 5 hour rule for me.

I have walked 20 minutes 4 days in a row. WooHoooooooo! Yeah ME.

I BELIEVE I got this … again.

My arms won’t look smaller … just coz I cover them up. ~Kenlie@alltheweigh
