whew! What a day yesterday! Didn't stay on track and didn't get exercise in.
Did Bible Study in the morning at the Senior Center. Home for low starch vegetable soup (this was a good thing!) Off to get haircut in the afternoon. Home for a quick snack and a little rest. Off to school function -- Bowls for the Hungry -- where we paid for a soup supper and came home with a ceramic bowl for our donation ($10 each). That is where I messed up. Had to sample some soups, you see. They had tempting rolls and butter to go with them. This is where I really went over. I ate two of those. Way too many carbs -- but protein was good yesterday. Looking for a more calming day today! Have a great day!!!
