March update and April goals

Here’s an update on my March and April goals.

My first goal for March was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I ended up exercising 24 days. That’s not bad, but I can do better. My goal for April will again be to exercise every day.

My second goal for March was to do cardio at least 5 days a week, and to do yoga and strength training at least 3 days a week each. I didn’t reach this goal. I did better on the strength training than I did on the walking and yoga. My goal for April will be the same goal.

My third goal for March was to do a wall sit challenge, where you do a wall sit every day for as long as you can, trying to increase your time each day. I did increase my time by thirty seconds, but I didn’t actually do the wall sits that many days. I’m going to try this challenge again in April.

So, I didn’t do that great in March, but I am feeling optimistic about April!
