Aiming for 100%

Beck Day 16 is all about preventing unplanned eating. Plan your meals, plan every bite for the day. Stick to the plan. Put eating off plan in the "NO CHOICE" category just like brushing teeth: you just do it without struggle. It is just something you do. Of course!
I planned my meals today and stuck to breakfast as written. I think I have a reasonable plan for today. I can and will stick to it. Weight was 133.0 again today, just 1 pound over the top of my goal weight range. Getting there!
Yesterday I stuck to my plan with one variation. At supper I was fixing corn on the cob for my hubby and it looked really good. I had salmon, salad with vinaigrette, and broccoli on my plan. Well, I reduced my very large portion of salmon, added a small (4.5 inches) ear of corn, checked all my SP nutrients, and saw that I still was within my calorie limits and had plenty of protein, fat, everything I needed for the day, and not too many carbs. I made the change. Not bad, but would be better to have a reasonable plan and stick to the plan.
So I would say that some of the trick to sticking to the plan is to make a good plan to start with. I suspect I did better planning today. Aiming for 100% compliance.
