My Very Modest Goals for the Month from Hell: AKA--April

Monday, April 02, 2018

And there's only three of them:

1) get in one ride a day using my beloved Peloton cycling app

2) attempt a loss of 5lbs (I say attempt because, well, best laid plans...and weightloss not being linear and all.)

3) given all the work mayhem--make self care the order of the day

emoticon Gee, YOU have laid out some good and balanced goals for yourself in the month of April. It sounds as though, your Peloton cycling app is a positive motivator for exercise in your life. With this as your first goal, I can see tht it will be beneficial to you in more than 1 area in your life. It will provide exercise and thus will increase your serotonin levels increasing good moods and thus increase your likelihood of accomplishing your remaining goals. It appears you know there will be much stress at your work site. By making self care the order of the day, you should be able to head off much of the stress coming your way. I VOTE for you to make your self care MORE and MORE important each and every day of the month. emoticon

I believe you will be successful with your #2 goal and hit your mark of weight loss as well. YOU are prepared and have lots of good insight. ALL THE BEST TO YOU emoticon
