First quarter review (2018)

I did it! 90 day streak for tracking food and fitness. Woohoo! Didn't lose as much weight as I had hoped to, but still lost. Finally got below 250. Now on to getting below 240. The first three months of 2018 were filled with ups and downs but mostly ups and forward movement. I completed three calendar challenges plus a few of the new daily challenges (which are a lot of fun if you have not tried it yet I encourage you to do so). It's nice you can do it just for yourself or in a group. I love the daily motivational/reminder emails to track for the challenge.

Now it is time to move on to the next quarter (April, May, and June). My goals are:

to lose 10 pounds (from 244.8 to 234.8)

fitness: 20 minutes daily (Sunday's are walking only)
fitness: two strength training sessions per week
nutrition: up my vegetables & fruit from none or one maybe two to at least 3 servings altogether each day
nutrition: drink 9 water per day
Motivation: be more active in teams (at least one post daily)
Motivation: post to message boards daily
motivation: read more articles

I am also trying to at least cut down on drinking pop or other surgary drinks. I did succeed in cutting out coffee (because I used to much flavored creamer in it and didn't like it without any) during the first quarter. I would also like to complete three calendar challenges and a few daily individual challenges this quarter.


Other life goals:
April is spring cleaning month
May is getting the garden ready month
June is cleaning up the yard and flower garden month
Also have other projects my husband and I would like to complete sometime this year.
