This is taking so long

The scales have stayed in the same place for a couple of months.
I'm not complaining. Hey, the numbers aren't going up!
Nonetheless, I am looking at what I can change up to get off this plateau and start things moving downward again.
Here's what I have concluded.
1. Be more consistent with exercise. Some weeks life overwhelms me, and I don't go for walks. I have asked my husband to check with me about walking.
2. Limit the "healthy fats." Yes, walnuts and avocados have healthy fats, but they also pack a lot of calories and fat into a few bites. I can enjoy them, but only once a day. I can't let myself grab a handful of walnuts between meals or whenever I want a quick bite.
