Continue Again

I've decided I don't like "begin again." emoticon It implies I have given up. I haven't, emoticon but life has seemed to get in my way since Christmas. After having everyone here for Christmas, I had two minor surgeries, spent 8 weeks away from home taking care of relatives and am, finally, home. emoticon

I have found my motivation again by reading so many Spark blogs. Sparkers are so amazing! But motivation without a plan and structure doesn't go very far for me. So I am delighted to be back to planning my own meals with the assistance of the Nutrition Tracker.

Logging my exercise is one of my pillars towards success. I am so anxious to get back to my water aerobics emoticon tomorrow morning. But I have attacked my kitchen today for a thorough cleaning. After 8 weeks with just my DH here, it really needed some work and I needed a good workout. So plans for fitness are to continue my water aerobics, strength train at home, and plan how to attack the rest of the house over the next couple of weeks. It will take 2 weeks as I am also anxious to play in the yard. This is my SparkCoach challenge for the day. So working in the yard will be fun. I love being out there with dirty hands and watching and listening to the birds at the feeders. The chickadees are feeding their babies, who, by the way, make more ruckus than their parents when they are hungry. The jays emoticon are glad to have the peanuts back in the tray and the cardinals emoticon are gathering nest material.

Learning is another pillar I use. I don't do well if I'm not constantly learning something from others or books or websites (although one must be careful out there in Internet space! emoticon ) I have ordered a couple of books to read that I think will help me with this journey. And, of course, from the SparkPeople website.

Support is another pillar that is important for all of us. I find a lot of it here on Spark. I, also, have support from my DH, brother and sister-in-law. But I still must find support within myself. This website helps with that.

emoticon, friends! I need you...and so do many others.

Happy Easter! emoticon
