As I told you before I was invited to a wedding and DH and myself had a wonderful time. The parents are close friends. It was their son finally tying the knot to his highschool sweetheart. The bride looked so beautiful and the groom could not stop smiling during the ceremony and the party afterwards at a steakhouse. I decided that I was going to have a small piece of chicken (even if most of my diet is vegan). I loaded my plate with different kinds of salad. I was so proud I did not eat any red meats. I was surprised to find out that most people at my table are avoiding red meats so I think that was supportive somehow. We danced a little since DH has some breathing problems. But in a way we exercised a little after dinner. I weighed myself this morning and it is the same as yesterday. I am enjoying this stress free lifestyle. I think I got one key to weigh loss and how to incorporate exercise in my daily life.
