Will the Real Paleo Please Stand Up?

I haven't bought muscle meat in years. No boneless, skinless chicken breast here. LOL.

Eat from head to toe is my philosophy. If it's poultry, it's always with the skin and bones and internal organs if available. I need to get a hold of duck livers as they are hard to find. That would be ideal.

    BERRY4, I've never thought of rabbit livers before. That should be interesting. I think duck livers go to the Foie Gras market, which can cost over $100 a lb. That's why it's hard to find.

    We eat the whole animal, too... so much more flavourful! GREAT article... thanks for the share. It's hard to inspire people to embrace a more ancestral way of eating, but I do my best, LOL.
