Will the Real Paleo Please Stand Up?

Sunday, April 01, 2018

I haven't bought muscle meat in years. No boneless, skinless chicken breast here. LOL.

Eat from head to toe is my philosophy. If it's poultry, it's always with the skin and bones and internal organs if available. I need to get a hold of duck livers as they are hard to find. That would be ideal.

BERRY4, I've never thought of rabbit livers before. That should be interesting. I think duck livers go to the Foie Gras market, which can cost over $100 a lb. That's why it's hard to find.

I've been enjoying rabbit livers. Turned out quite tasty w/ lots of butter, mushrooms & onions. emoticon

We eat the whole animal, too... so much more flavourful! GREAT article... thanks for the share. It's hard to inspire people to embrace a more ancestral way of eating, but I do my best, LOL.

However, words all successful Paleo peeps take to heart: "I’m not interested in performing a historical re-enactment of how cavemen ate when it comes to my food. I’m all about finding the foods that work best for my body, nourish me mentally and physically, and still allow me to enjoy life." Steph Gaudreau

    Have a great day!
