32 Days Down!

Here's my update to keep it real... I'm only down 5.4 lbs, but I'M DOWN 5.4 LBS! Gotta start somewhere, right? It's all about the choices I talked about in my last blog!
I had a good week & feel spectacular about it. For the first time ever, I actually exercised 5 out of 6 days this week, took more than 8k steps every day, two of them more than 11k & have logged 53k total for the week so far... there's still one more day left in my "week"!
I'm doing weights again & for those friends that know my morning mile from before, I'm now doing what I call the 5pm 5k. Two miles around the track & 1.2 miles on the elliptical. My 15 yo son has even joined me, so that's kind fun!
