Day 606: Don't Even Get Up From Your Desk

So I'm sitting at work thinking about whether it's worth the energy to walk across the street and buy a Hershey's Gold bar because they are literally heaven in a crinkly wrapper. Then I remembered I'm trying to change my habits so I decided to Google strength training workouts at your desk. I clicked on the very first one even though it didn't sound like it would be a good fit for me. (I think I was secretly trying to hate it so I could be like, "Nope. That didn't work. Let's get some exercise by walking over to that Hershey's bar instead!"

So this short workout is only 6 reps of each exercise. Every single exercise can be done sitting at your desk chair and some of the exercises can even be done without looking absolutely ridiculous in front of your coworkers. Woohoo for not looking totally insane!
