2018 Spring 5% Exercise Commitment

I have such a hard time with adjusting to Daylight Saving Time. Why should I get up before the sun?
But, I have started to adjust and getting up in the morning is getting easier. I haven't been exercising, but I am ready to begin anew. My energy level is highest first thing in the morning, so I usually get in my first 10-20 as soon as I get up. My biggest issue is to get in that last 10 minutes in the evening. I am usually so tired after work that I don't even want to move. My plan is to walk in the door and just get right to my workout. I am not going to give myself a chance to even think about not doing that last 10 minutes.

This is my exercise plan.

Mon-Wed-Fri 3 times a day
Sparkpeople TV Seated Cardio Video

Sun-Tues-Thurs
Sparkpeople TV Seated Core Workout or 20-Minute Resistance Band Workout and 9-Minute Seated Arm and Shoulder Workout Videos

Sat.
Yoga/gentle stretching 30 minutes

I've got my resistance bands ready and my internet issues have been resolved. I'm ready to go!
