Had my B12 Injection today so hopefully I'll start to feel a bit brighter. I just wish the pain in my knees would ease up. I don't really want to have to go to the Pain Management Clinic to increase my morphine level, it's high enough as it is. I've just got to get down to below 35 BMI then I can get on the list for their replacement. I'm at 35 now but the hospital scales weigh heavier (I reckon it's to keep the surgery lists down) so I need to be at least another 7lbs lighter to be on the safe side.

Hope the injection help. Remember that your knees are having to 'support' much less than they were! emoticon emoticon
