1. 3 days of no Diet-Coke
2. Only 4 squares of dark chocolate in the past 7 days; & not necessarily in one setting
3. Grocery shopping was planned & on a list
4. Meals were planned
5. Exercise was planned; at Curves 2 days; some walking (could be more)
6. Intentionally ate healthy (no Lean Cuisine) rather than worry about staying within the recommended calorie numbers.
7. Dropped 3 pounds
