When I look back to the first of this year I can see this has been my most rewarding year on Spark People. I have increased my fitness minutes , lowered my food intake and kept closer to the percentages suggested.
I feel more confidence in myself because things seem so much easier. I love the 10 minute approach and have used minutes while waiting on other for exercise, used minutes while watching TV . I enjoy walking and would consider it a bad day if I didn't get my 10,000 steps.
