Stepped on the scale for the weekly weigh-in... Dropped 2 lbs. ! (Yeah, I know it's not a lot, but it's progress). After I logged my meals for today, I noticed that my calorie breakdown was only off by 2 pts! (2 pts high on the carbs / 2 pts low on the protein. Fat count was what it should be).
Feeling ecstatic! Despite only being back on track for about a week, I've not only lost weight but I'm feeling better overall. I'm not as stressed / overwhelmed @ work. I'm less moody / tired during the day. I'm more upbeat / energetic whenever I do things.
Definitely the motivation I need to keep going!
