I wasn't feeling it today. However, I promised myself I'd be consistent with exercise, so I got my 10 minutes in. It wasn't a life-changing experience, but it's done. It's a small step to becoming more consistent with exercise.
Yesterday, I got a more thorough workout in. That was awesome. My issue is all-or-nothing thinking when it comes to exercise. No more.
10 minutes. I can do that.
