Finishing Sixth Weekend Fasting and a New Protocol

I've decided to add some minerals to my fasting regimen after reading that magnesium levels dropped during fasting. It seems a little more difficult this weekend but I knew that it would pass and I would win. I also took a nap around lunchtime on Sat, so I sailed through the hunger strike. Taking a nap seems to be a good way to bypass hunger. So in between taking the charcoal powder (1 TB morning and evening), I take the mineral supplements. They are Swanson's Concentrace, Swanson's Shilajit Extract (for Fulvic acid), Shou Wu Pian (He Shou Wu, Chinese anti-aging herbs), Magnesium Chloride and 2 brands of mineral water.
