March 12-18 In Review

I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in. The weekends I just need to get it done as soon as I wake up, or I don't seem to get it done.
Most of the days I did really well about sticking to my ranges. There were a couple of days that didn't go so well. I am getting better about tracking EVERYTHING!
I lost 3 pounds this week!
