Back home from babysitting
Monday, March 19, 2018
I love babysitting the GC and we had a wonderful
Saturday afternoon and evening and a great Sunday.
We played games and enjoyed each other's company.
I did have a little time to Spark but find using a laptop
after years of a desktop very challenging. It would have
been perfect if the mouse worked but I had to use the
pad on the bottom. I found I was very slow at it. Even
my GD said she preferred to use a regular computer.
I should have brought my iPad along but I packed enough
things that I didn't need. Maybe next time.
DD and SIL arrived safely at their vacation site. A balmy
82 degrees. I told her to pack some of that sunshine to
bring home. She assured me there was no room LOL!
The live-in babysitter arrived at 4 so I drove home to DH
and a very quiet house. An easy dinner for both of us.
The snow geese and Canadians that fly over our area of
the country are very confused. The weather has them bewildered.
One field just a mile east of town was so full of white and black
bodies that you couldn't tell if you were looking at snow, dirt
or birds unless something moved. They circle around, land and
then take off to circle again. An awesome sight.
Have a happy and mellow Monday!
