Scheduling Sunday - 3/18/18

I had a great day. I ate well and exercised. It feels good. I need to remember this feeling of accomplishment when I'm tempted to skip my workout.
Here's my plan for the week:
My focus for the week is to be consistent with exercise.
10 minutes of exercise each day
3 strength training sessions this week (I already did one today)
Eat in calorie range 6/7 days a week. Don't go nuts the other day.
Keep eating fruits and veggies.
