Success Saturday - 3/17/18

I keep forgetting to celebrate my successes on Saturday. But, I remembered today, so let's go!
I lost three pounds
I started strength training
I had a good week with my son
I spent time with a good friend
I am eating fruits and veggies regularly
There are definitely things I need to improve on, but I'm very happy with the progress I'm making.
