Celebrating AND Recommitting

I celebrated my 9th year of maintaining a healthy weight with a 3.1 mile run this morning. It felt great! I look back at how far I have come and feel very grateful. Many people and programs have helped me, and SparkPeople and SparkFriends are right at the top of that list. Thanks!!
That said, my weight is not where I want it. The things I've been doing to lose weight this time are not working. Going to recommit and look back at what I did that worked and look forward to what else I can try. Need to lose at least 5 pounds to be in an acceptable range. But I can still celebrate the 75 pounds that are gone!
Now getting ready for another day at Disney with family. Going to have a great day. And I know if I weighed what I weighed in 1998 or even what I weighed in 2008 I wouldn't be able to truly enjoy such an outing.
