I’m so tired of the up/down yo-yo! In the last 4weeks I have lost .5pound but in the long run I have lost close to 10. emoticon I wish I could come up with a way to shock my body to let go and not reclaim those pounds. I will not give up!I will keep working and some day I might figure it out.

    I always wished losing weight could be like borrowing money from the bank. Instead of money, they give your your weight loss immediately and you agree to diet for whatever period of time it would usually take to lose twt amount of weight. But, seriously, don't get discouraged, just hang in there. I'm rooting for you!
