this is the year

i have said this time and time again but this year it will be different. why? because i want for me . i miss turning heads i miss looking at myself in the mirror and liking what i see. i miss having energy i want all that back . so this year i do it . march is a late start but i still have time . i want it more than the candy bar more than the extra helpings and more than rich sauces and gravy
