    I have to actually plan my foods and the amounts. Otherwise, I will binge. Maybe I should try a glass of water or herbal tea before I eat. emoticon

    Remember, wait 20 minutes after you are SATISFIED. I takes that long for it to register in your brain that you ate. You'll feel full then. Try it.
