Today has been a good day and the week has been good. I have been keeping track of all that I eat since Thursday last week.
I have lost about a pound since then,but I am not to worried about that. I am just gaining more knowledge right now about what I am eating on a daily and trying to get my weight under control and happy that my weight is not going up.
I also proud that I have stuck with my goals. I have been keeping up with my ST 2 xs a week. I also have stuck with my cardio 5xs a week and the good part is that I plan to stick with it. My aniexty has improved quite a bit with daily activities.
My hope is to gain confidence in all that I do! I know I can do this🐝
