Since the last post my grams sleeping is still the same. Up half the night and sleeping half the day away. My sleep has been so messed up that my energy level is around a 3 out of 10.
I get multi naps rather than a straight 6 to 8 hours. Im so tired that there has been a few times where I didnt place myself right, pulling gram up in bed, causing me to hurt my back a little. The muscles are just a little tight, nothing major.
With exercise I havent really been doing it because of, well like above. Too tired and I could hurt myself.
With food I just eat what we have. Havent planned anything out like I wanted. I dont over eat or just eat junk. We are eating a little better, still working on portion control.
Grams on a BiPap now so, fingers crossed, we hope it helps her sleep through the night so that I can sleep.
