Epilogue: The Purple Sweet Potato Pie

It turns out great. My goal was to mask the sucky taste of Maca and I achieved that with the help of purple sweet potato and lots of Kerrygold butter. The aroma of the butter is wonderful and the purple sweet potato did the trick of overcoming the taste of Maca. The brewer's yeast has no taste so it wasn't a problem. Here is a pic showing that I took 2 pieces for today as I have to pace myself for the 5-day feast before the weekend fast.
