I feel like I do better when I have a written plan. I am finally able to start doing more exercising after my rotator cuff surgery, but still not able to get back to Krav Maga classes yet. I may have to modify things as I go with this plan, but at least I will be trying.
I need to do something as I'm at my heavist weight ever and I don't like it!
Monday - BHT
Tuesday - Cardio Sculpt
Wednesday - Kickin It With Keaira
Thursday - Supreme Stretch, Physical Therapy
Friday - BHT
Saturday - Cardio Sculpt
Sunday - Meditation Yoga
