Some things I change with intention and others just change as a result. I never intended to stop drinking diet coke, I intended to drink a gallon of water every day. My husband asked why I quit drinking the diet cokes and I realized I just do not have time to drink anything except my water. I feel better and sleep better without them. I ride my bike and have ridden for years. I don't just ride; I have only one app in my life and it is to track my speed, distance and race anyone else who ever rode that route. I'm still overweight riding at least 12 miles a day. I had to make a change in my riding during a few days of intense rain and went to my home owners gym and am now lifting weights and using the super rowing machine three times a week which as a result is causing some changes. Some changes take you on a better path.
